Where do they get that phrase about stomachs being empty etc.? My daughter says that too and I keep wondering where she heard it.
Well you tell Anderson that I have the same problem. Although it doesn't prevent me from falling asleep at first, I wake up in the middle of the night with my brain full and have the hardest time falling back to sleep.
